This prosecco is made in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, on the slopes of the first hills rising to the Dolomites, in the Feletto hills in northern part of the province of Treviso in Italy.
Harvested in the first 10 days of September, this delightful Italian sparkling wine is a pale straw-yellow with hints of green, compellingly luminous & with a near-endless bead of the tiniest bubbles. A delicate note of fresh-baked bread is first to emerge from the flavours, followed by apple, pear & peach, alongside refined impressions of rose petals and acacia blossoms. In the mouth it is fresh and full-flavoured, with an appealing acidity on the finish. Eminently drinkable.
This prosecco is ideal as an aperitif wine, but fine as well with fish, shellfish, and mussels. Best enjoyed in a wide tulip-shaped glass with curved-in rim, at 6-8°C. Open the bottle at the moment of serving to ensure optimum freshness and flavour.
